Titusville Area Hospital Auxiliary

Another way you can help Titusville Area Hospital fulfill its mission of providing the best possible care for patients is to become a member of the Auxiliary.  The Titusville Area Hospital Auxiliary was formed to aid, support and promote the Hospital.

To become a member, print and mail this Auxiliary Membership Form.

There are two membership options, Active and Supportive.

Active Membership dues are $10.00 a year.  As an active member you wish to volunteer your time in one of the following volunteer positions.

  • Floor Service Volunteers help patients in the morning by providing water, delivering a newspaper and helping make patient charts. One volunteer is scheduled for each morning Monday through Saturday.
  • Escort Desk Volunteers greet and help direct people who come to the Hospital.  In addition, you will deliver mail, cards and flowers to patients and assist with escorting patients to their vehicle when they leave the Hospital.  Two volunteers are scheduled for each shift, morning shift is 8:00 a.m. to 12 noon; and afternoon shift is 12 noon to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
  • Snack Shop Volunteers help in the coffee shop by waiting on customers, making and serving food orders, clearing tables and washing dishes.  One volunteer is scheduled for the morning shift 8:00 to 11:30 a.m.; and three volunteers for the afternoon shift 11:30 to 2:30 p.m.  Monday through Friday.
  • Ways & Means Volunteers, under the direction of the chairman, conduct fundraisers in support of the Auxiliary's mission.  Some of the fundraisers are Lights of Love and Angel Ornament tributes at Christmas, as well as various raffles and projects throughout the year.

Active members have voting privileges and must be eighteen (18) years of age or older.    All members are invited to two annual meetings held in the spring and fall with a complimentary lunch.

Supportive Membership dues are $15.00 a year.  As a supportive member, you wish to help the Auxiliary and the Hospital but don't want to serve in a volunteer position. Supportive members do not have voting privileges.  All members are invited to two annual meetings held in the spring and fall with a complimentary lunch.
